Do you accept my insurance?

Unfortunately health insurance in America has very little to do with health, and a lot to do with profits. Like all other businesses, health insurance companies cannot survive unless they’re profitable. That takes precedent over you and the care that you need.

Additionally, most of their reimbursement amounts are so low that they force health professionals to see twice as many people to remain in business ourselves, which can affect the quality of care we provide. So we’ve decided to leave them out the equation, and leave the focus on you and your needs.

The Good News. We keep our fees around the same price as most co-pays. Additionally, many insurance companies provide out of network benefits. We provide you with a super bill to claim directly from your insurer. This way you can get the quality and quantity of chiropractic care that you need, without the insurance companies deciding with their profits in mind.

What is chiropractic care?

Chiropractic care is a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on restoring the body to its normal state of good health.

We were designed to be healthy and feel good!

Chiropractors detect and correct Spinal Subluxations, primarily through manual adjustments of the spine and other joints. The goal is to restore proper alignment and enhance the body's natural healing abilities.

How can chiropractic care benefit me?

Chiropractic care can provide relief from a range of issues, including back pain, neck pain, headaches, and more. It promotes overall wellness by addressing the root causes of discomfort and pain.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Yes, chiropractic care is generally safe when administered by a licensed and qualified chiropractor. They undergo extensive training to ensure the safety of their patients. Get know your chiropractors in our about us page.

What conditions can chiropractic care treat?

Chiropractors don't treat any conditions other than spinal subluxations. But many symptoms and conditions do resolve or improve when a person receives chiropractic care, as their body regains its normal state of good health! Back pain, neck pain, sciatica, migraines, etc - none of these are normal for a human to experience. As we move your body towards normal function, most symptoms tend to fade away.

Do I need a referral from a medical doctor to see a chiropractor?

No, you do not need a referral to see a chiropractor. Chiropractors are primary healthcare providers and can evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients without a referral.

What should I expect during my first chiropractic visit?

Your first visit will typically include a thorough examination and health history, a discussion of your symptoms, and chiropractic spinal x-rays. In most cases, you will be adjusted on this first visit. After day 1 is complete, your chiropractor will further review your case and create a personalized care plan to discuss with you at your second visit. Check out are special offer for new patients at our practice.

Are chiropractic adjustments painful?

Chiropractic adjustments are usually comfortable. Dr Braxton continually trains to provide you with the most comfortable and effective adjustment possible. In acute cases, when it hurts for you to move your own neck or back, it will generally hurt about the same when we move it for you. You may feel some tightness or mild discomfort during the initial acute phase of care, but most patients experience relief and improved mobility after an adjustment. Once you're past the acute phase, most people enjoy getting adjusted.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions needed varies depending on your condition, your goals and how your body responds to treatment. If your only goal is pain relief, this usually occurs in 3-6 visits. If you want to correct the underlying causes and restore your spinal health, that will take longer. On your second visit, our chiropractor will discuss a recommended care plan with you, including how long it will take and how much it will cost for both options of relief care vs corrective care.

Can children and seniors benefit from chiropractic care?

Yes, chiropractic care is suitable for people of all ages. It can help children with issues like colic and seniors with age-related musculoskeletal problems.

Do I need X-rays for chiropractic care?

"To see is to know, to not see is to guess."  We prefer not to guess with your health. X-rays help us diagnose certain conditions, assess the condition of your spine, and ensure the utmost safety during care. However, it is your health and your choice in most cases. There are some red flags that our chiropractors will require xrays for in order to adjust you.

Can chiropractic care help with posture problems?

Yes, chiropractic care can help improve posture by addressing spinal misalignments and providing exercises and advice to maintain better posture.
